Shipping & Contact Information

Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of being placed. That said, we are a very small business, with 90% of the work being done by one person, who is responsible for balancing the saltmaking, marketing and fulfillment sides of the business. So occasionally, during busy times, your order may go out up to five days after it is placed. 

We ship all salts and blends in flatpack, stand-up pouches (other than our Flake Sea Salt Tins). Conveniently, these cost less to ship, allowing us to keep our shipping rates as low as possible.

The USPS has experienced many difficulties in recent times, and many shipments still take longer to reach you than we would like. Our estimated delivery times on our order page come to us from USPS, so we are at their mercy on delivery. We do offer tracking on all purchases, and we offer faster ship options from USPS, if you're willing to pay for faster shipping.

We do not have a store or physical location. All of our business is conducted online. The address below is for sending and receiving mail, not for any other purpose. Thanks.
